Welcome to 588wi. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 588wi platform, including the website at 588wi.com, any associated mobile applications, and all products and services offered thereunder — including sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, and all promotional programmes.

This Agreement is entered into between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and 588wi (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By completing registration, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the 588wi platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand it, and that you agree to be bound by it unconditionally.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 588wi platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

588wi operates as an international gaming operator. Players accessing the platform from Pakistan do so voluntarily and under their own assessment of applicable local laws. It remains the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of 588wi is lawful in their jurisdiction.

To register and maintain a 588wi account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 588wi strictly enforces this age restriction and conducts identity verification on all accounts. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended.
• You are registering as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of a corporation or third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute or court order and where 588wi has expressly excluded such residents from participation.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a 588wi employee or associated partner.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 588wi or had a 588wi account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 588wi platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or any combination thereof — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, valid mobile number (JazzCash/EasyPaisa-linked where applicable), and email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

588wi reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided during registration at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

You are solely and entirely responsible for all activity conducted through your 588wi account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. You must:

• Keep your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential at all times.
• Never share your 588wi login credentials with any other person, including family members, friends, or customer support representatives (588wi will never ask for your password).
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify 588wi support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

588wi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where it reasonably suspects breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct that may harm the platform or other players. Where possible, 588wi will provide reasonable notice before taking such action, except in cases where immediate action is required to protect the integrity of the platform.

Account closures initiated by the Player for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — will be processed promptly by the 588wi support team. Any genuine real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary account closure, following completion of all applicable verification requirements, will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method.

588wi supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and USDT. All real-money transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise explicitly stated for cryptocurrency transactions.

Deposits: Deposits are typically credited to your 588wi account balance within minutes of confirmation by the payment processor. 588wi does not accept deposits from third-party sources — the payment method used for deposit must be registered in your own name and must match the identity details on your 588wi account.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by the 588wi payments team within the timeframe specified in our current withdrawal policy, which is published on the platform. Standard same-day PKR withdrawals via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are subject to KYC completion. 588wi reserves the right to apply additional verification steps before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where account activity patterns warrant further review.

Withdrawal to the same method as deposit: In line with standard anti-money laundering practice, 588wi may require that withdrawals be processed back to the same payment method from which an equivalent deposit was made.

588wi does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction fees, for which 588wi accepts no responsibility.

From time to time, 588wi offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other incentive programmes to eligible account holders. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement (playthrough) has been satisfied in full.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonus funds that remain upon expiry of the time limit will be forfeited without replacement.
• Only one bonus may be active on a 588wi account at any given time, unless otherwise explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• 588wi reserves the right to determine which game categories contribute to wagering requirements, and at what percentage. Live casino games, sports betting markets, and slot titles may carry different contribution rates.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements risk-free, or exploiting technical errors — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred to any other person or account.

588wi reserves the right to amend the terms of any active promotion, or to withdraw a promotion entirely, with reasonable prior notice where operationally possible. Where changes are material and negatively affect a Player who has already accepted a bonus, 588wi will use reasonable endeavours to honour the original terms for that Player's active bonus period.

By using 588wi's sports betting, live casino, slot, or crash game products, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All bets placed on 588wi are final once confirmed. 588wi does not accept bet cancellations or amendments after a bet has been accepted by the system, except where an obvious technical error has occurred and is identified by 588wi's trading team.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology supplied by our game providers. Game results are not manipulated by 588wi.
• Sports betting odds are set by 588wi's trading team and are subject to change up until the moment a bet is placed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round or live bet — such as a server disconnect — 588wi will use its best efforts to resolve the situation fairly. Where a game round cannot be reconstructed, stakes will be returned to the Player's account balance.
• 588wi reserves the right to void any bet or game round where it has reasonable grounds to believe the outcome was predetermined, that insider information was used, or that match-fixing or any other integrity violation was involved.
• Maximum and minimum bet limits apply to all products and are displayed within the relevant section of the 588wi platform. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.

All cricket betting markets — including PSL, international fixtures, and other domestic competitions — are governed by the specific sport-betting rules applicable to cricket, which are available within the 588wi Sports section.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 588wi platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, their balance frozen, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one 588wi account, whether under your own identity or under false identities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate the outcome of games or to exploit the platform's bonus or loyalty systems.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets or interact with the 588wi platform.
• Money laundering: Using the 588wi platform as a vehicle to conceal, transfer, or legitimise proceeds of criminal activity. 588wi is committed to full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Bonus abuse: Any systematic exploitation of 588wi's promotional systems, including hedge betting, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, or claiming offers under false pretences.
• Fraudulent payment methods: Using stolen, unauthorised, or falsely identified payment instruments to fund a 588wi account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in respect of a 588wi transaction without first exhausting our formal dispute resolution process.
• Harassment: Using the 588wi platform to harass, threaten, or abuse other Players or staff members.

All content on the 588wi platform — including but not limited to the 588wi brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 588wi or its licensed content suppliers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 588wi platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any 588wi content without written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any 588wi software or application.
• Use the 588wi brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without explicit written consent.
• Create derivative works based on 588wi's proprietary content or platform design.

Any unauthorised use of 588wi intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may result in legal action. If you believe your own intellectual property has been infringed on the 588wi platform, please contact us at [email protected] with the relevant details.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 588wi shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, or indirect, special, or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the 588wi platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the 588wi platform, whether planned or unplanned, including maintenance windows, server failures, or third-party service outages.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the 588wi platform, including but not limited to odds, game statistics, or promotional terms.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your own failure to protect your login credentials.
• Technical failures of third-party payment processors that result in delays or errors in the processing of deposits or withdrawals.

588wi's total aggregate liability to any single Player in connection with any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their 588wi account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

588wi collects, processes, and stores personal data from Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read alongside these Terms & Conditions.

By registering a 588wi account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC verification, responsible gaming compliance, and direct marketing communications (where you have opted in).

588wi does not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data is shared only with trusted service providers where necessary for the operation of the platform — including payment processors, identity verification services, and game providers — and such sharing is governed by appropriate data protection agreements.

You retain the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by 588wi, subject to our obligations under applicable law and our KYC/AML record-keeping requirements. Such requests should be directed to [email protected].

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts for your account.
• Session time limits: Receive automatic reminders or enforced log-outs after a specified period of continuous play.
• Loss limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a temporary break of between 24 hours and 6 weeks during which you cannot access your account.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from 588wi. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months and cannot be reversed upon request during that period.

588wi strictly enforces its 21+ age policy and carries out identity and age verification checks on all accounts. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful — any account determined to be held by a person under 21 will be closed without exception.

If you have a dispute with 588wi relating to your account, a game outcome, a bet settlement, a withdrawal, or any other matter covered by these Terms & Conditions, you must follow the process below:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a detailed complaint to [email protected] within 30 days of the incident giving rise to your complaint. Include your account username, the date and time of the incident, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence.
• Step 2 — Internal Review: 588wi will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. Complex disputes may require additional time, in which case we will notify you of the expected resolution timeline.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with 588wi's resolution, you may escalate your complaint to our licensing authority's dispute resolution process, details of which are available upon request.

During any ongoing dispute process, 588wi reserves the right to temporarily restrict withdrawals from the account in question to the extent of the disputed amount, pending resolution. No broader account restrictions will be applied solely on the basis of a pending dispute, provided the account is otherwise in good standing.

You agree that you will not initiate chargeback procedures with your bank or payment provider in respect of any 588wi transaction without first completing Step 1 and Step 2 of this dispute resolution process. Chargebacks raised without exhausting internal dispute resolution will be treated as a breach of this Agreement.

588wi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Reasons for amendment may include changes to applicable law or regulation, changes to our product offering, changes to our payment processing arrangements, or any other operational or commercial reason.

Where amendments are material — meaning they could reasonably be expected to affect Players' rights or obligations in a significant way — 588wi will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by sending an email to the address registered on your account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the 588wi platform.

Where amendments are minor — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of any provision, or changes required by urgent regulatory obligation — 588wi may implement such changes immediately without advance notice.

Your continued use of the 588wi platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amended provision, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.

This Agreement and all disputes arising from or in connection with it — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 588wi holds its international gaming licence.

You agree that the courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, to the extent that such proceedings are not resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 12 above.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 588wi from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where it determines such action is necessary to protect its intellectual property rights, prevent ongoing fraud, or preserve the integrity of the platform.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement. The remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never formed part of it.
